PE Global is recruiting an Emissions Engineer for our client based in Peterborough. The role is an initial 12 month contract and is hybrid. The role is £32.15 PAYE or £43.64 Umbrella p/hour.
Responsibilities:
- Awareness/understanding of compliance responsibilities associated with worldwide emissions regulations for diesel engines.
- Champion a strong understanding and proactive engagement of global (emissions) regulatory compliance requirements.
- Involved in the resolution of complex emissions regulatory compliance issues across multiple products and multiple territories.
- Support compliance processes and ensure alignment with US EPRC team where appropriate.
- Ensure robust execution of various compliance processes across all territories.
- Create robust, efficient process documentation and continuously improve those processes.
- Prepare and submit conformance reports to governmental agencies.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience.
- Technical experience within engine performance space.
- Previous compliance related experience highly beneficial.
- Off or on road, preferably engine experience within background.
