PE Global is currently recruiting for a Maintenance Associate for a leading global engineering and technology client based in Aberdeen. This is an initial 6 month contract position. Rate is 14 - 17ph depending on experience. Working hours are from 07:00 until 15:00 Mon to Fri. Overtime on weekdays and weekends required depending on operational demands.
The Maintenance Associate is responsible to perform maintenance activities per the Maintenance Program and ensure on-time delivery of equipment in accordance with operational demand. The Maintenance Associate supports initiatives to improve the maintenance-related Cost of Service Delivery (CoSD), Maintenance Efficiency, People Productivity, and Asset Availability within the Centre of Reliability and Efficiency (CRE) or Maintenance Base (MB), or Maintenance Centre.
Duties of the role/Responsibilities
- Under direct supervision of either a Maintenance Supervisor or Maintenance Technician perform assigned higher-level maintenance activities.
- Adhere to transactional discipline within Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) business systems, accurately capturing maintenance related data.
- Comply with the company’s and respective division TLM standards.
- Maintain and build competency in compliance with the TLM Competency Management Systems.
- Participate in and support continuous improvement (CI) initiatives.
