The role involves working with an award-winning recruitment agency, PE Global Healthcare, as a Recruitment Resourcer in our HCA/Nursing agency team based in Central London. This position will focus on sourcing and placing healthcare professionals across both the UK and Ireland.
Duties of the role include:
- Searching/contacting existing candidates in our database for availability
- Sourcing suitable candidates and initiating the registration process
- Building and maintaining the candidate and client database
- Covering admin tasks such as job adverts, letters, and arranging timesheets
- Performing compliance checks on candidates
The successful candidate should have experience in the following and similar characteristics:
- Minimum of 1 year’s experience in a fast-paced sales/customer service role
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- Confidence on the phone when talking with candidates and clients, ensuring they have a positive experience
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills with a keen interest in sales
- A positive, sociable individual with an excellent work ethic
- No recruitment experience necessary as all training will be provided
