The role involves working with an award-winning recruitment agency, PE Global Healthcare, as a Healthcare Recruitment Consultant in the Acute/General Nursing team based in Central London.
Duties of the role include:
- Dealing with healthcare opportunities within the nursing division
- Developing new and existing client relationships
- Sourcing candidates using various methods such as job portals, internal database, social media platforms, and personal networks
- Taking ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing it
- Developing job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements
- Involvement in various stages of the recruitment process, including scheduling candidate interviews, completing reference checks, organising pre-employment medicals, and onboarding candidates
- Account management of large-scale clients
- Keeping accurate and up-to-date records of candidates and clients in the PE Global internal database
- Maintaining excellent levels of customer service, both with managers internally and candidates externally
The successful candidate should have experience in the following:
- Previous sales or industry experience
- Thriving in a target-driven environment
- Knowledge of recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, data management/reporting techniques, and online resources (e.g. Indeed, LinkedIn, staff nurse, CV Library)
- Excellent communication skills and confidence on the phone when talking with decision makers
- A positive, sociable attitude and a strong work ethic
