Roles & Responsibilities
Strategic- Contribute to initiatives that enhance nursing practices and patient safety.
- Support development of protocols to improve care quality and operational efficiency.
- Drive high staff engagement and patient experience.
- Promote nurse empowerment through the Nursing Professional Practice Model.
- Deliver high-quality care, especially in complex cases.
