PE Global is currently recruiting for a Customer Care Representative for a leading global health and hygiene client. To be considered for an interview, please make sure your application is full in line with the job specs as found below. Position is a 100% remote, contract role for 12 months with possibility to be extended. English and German/French/Dutch language skills are essential.
Duties of the role/Responsibilities:
- Act as a representative of the company, demonstrating the expertise and professionalism necessary to uphold the organization’s reputation during all consumer interactions.
- Process and respond to consumer inquiries and complaints across multiple channels—including phone calls, emails, letters, and social media—with a focus on delivering a superior consumer experience that reflects the company’s values and commitment to excellence.
- Analyze the nature and complexity of consumer interactions, ensuring that responses are tailored to address diverse and potentially challenging situations appropriately and effectively.
- Engage directly with high-value or sensitive consumer cases, ensuring timely resolution while maintaining professionalism and composure, even under pressure.
- Provide strategic consumer insights to the Consumer Services Team Leader and Management Team, ensuring these insights contribute to ongoing improvements and decision-making processes.
Education/Experience:
- Proven track record of success in a Customer/Consumer Care or Complaint Management role, with demonstrable experience in managing high-value, complex, or escalated consumer interactions.
- Good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style to effectively engage a wide range of stakeholders, including senior leadership and external customers.
- Experience in analyzing and prioritizing critical issues, demonstrating sound judgment in resolving challenging situations swiftly and effectively.
- At least 3-5 years of Customer-facing experience / Customer Service.
- Thorough knowledge of MS – Office tools.
- Desired: Bachelor’s degree.
