PE Global is currently recruiting for an Operations Buyer & Travel Category support Administrator for a leading multi-national Pharma client based in Bathgate. This is a 12 month contract position.
Weekly Hours: 37 p/week
Work Schedule: Mon – Thu 9-5pm, Fri 9-4.30pm
Pay rate: £15.00ph PAYE
Duties of the role/Responsibilities:
- Indirect PO generation, conversion, placement with Suppliers and support Open Invoice recons.
- Travel Category support – Global travel management support, processing traveller enquiries (Inc. ELT / SLT) and process support & optimization (experience preferred).
- Support – Global IT Category approvals support (PO Approvals).
- P/V-Card spend tool transactional support for BIO / MD site.
- Process Confidentiality Agreements and Contract Request Forms, & support administering Contracts with legal.
- Support global sites with Vendor add & Maintenance change requests / Per terms e-Sourcing – support team facilitate / administer RFP/eAuction events and future pipeline projects.
- Produce & publish KPI reporting metrics to support the business.
Education/Experience:
- Advanced Excel skills required, with the ability to manage complex datasets and capability to deliver KPI reporting.
