The role involves working with an award-winning recruitment agency, PE Global Healthcare, as a 360 Healthcare Recruitment Consultant in London. This position focuses on recruiting healthcare staff in both Ireland and the UK.

Duties of the role include:

  • Managing the full recruitment process from developing client relationships to attracting top talent.
  • Working closely with clients to understand job briefs and how to approach the market for each role.
  • Overseeing the full candidate journey – advertising roles, screening candidates, interviewing candidates, advising and guiding candidates through the process.
  • Attracting candidates via job boards and existing database.
  • Familiarising with qualifications required to fulfil each role.
  • Business development and maintaining relationships with clients through follow-up and regular client visits.

Experience working in a healthcare recruitment role would be desirable but not essential. The successful candidate should have experience in the following:

  • At least 2 years of recruitment within healthcare/recruitment; nursing or healthcare background is desirable.
  • An articulate, flexible, and down-to-earth nature.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, data management/reporting techniques, and online resources (e.g., Indeed/LinkedIn).
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence on the phone when talking with decision-makers, winning them over with natural influential skills.
  • A positive, sociable attitude and a willingness to work hard.
