The role involves working with an award-winning recruitment agency, PE Global Healthcare, as an experienced 360 Healthcare Recruitment Consultant in London. This position focuses on recruiting healthcare staff in both Ireland and the UK.

Duties of the role include:

  • Managing the full recruitment process from developing client relationships to attracting top talent.
  • Working closely with clients to understand job briefs and how to approach the market for each role.
  • Overseeing the full candidate journey – advertising roles, screening candidates, interviewing candidates, advising and guiding candidates through the process.
  • Attracting candidates via job boards and existing database.
  • Familiarising with qualifications required to fulfil each role.
  • Business development and maintaining relationships with clients through follow-up and regular client visits.

Experience working in a healthcare recruitment role would be desirable but not essential. The successful candidate should have experience in the following:

  • At least 2 years of recruitment within healthcare/recruitment.
  • A nursing or healthcare background is desirable.
  • An articulate, flexible, and down-to-earth nature.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, data management/reporting techniques, and online resources (e.g., Indeed/LinkedIn).
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence on the phone when talking with decision-makers.
  • A positive, sociable attitude and a willingness to work hard.
