Overview
Position: Emergency Room (ER) Nurse
Experience: minimum 3 years post-licensure in acute emergency settings
Role: deliver timely, efficient, and high-quality care to patients with urgent medical conditions.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Room, including triage, assessment, and treatment.
- Respond rapidly to emergency situations, including trauma, cardiac events, and critical illnesses.
- Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Administer medications, monitor patient vitals, and maintain accurate medical records.
- Educate patients and families regarding conditions, treatment plans, and follow-up care.
- Adhere to hospital protocols and international standards for quality and patient safety.
- Participate in continuing education and training sessions.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) from a recognised institution.
- Current nursing license from country of origin.
- Minimum of 3 years of recent, relevant experience in an Emergency Department.
- Valid BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (or willingness to obtain prior to relocation).
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities.
- Prior international experience or GCC experience is an advantage but not required.
