PE Global Care Connect are currently recruiting for a Case Management Business Development Manager as part of our Complex Care division. This role is reporting to the Managing Director and UK Healthcare Director. This role is focused on generating new business opportunities, maintaining existing relationships, and working collaboratively with operational teams to ensure outstanding service delivery and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities from case management companies, solicitors, insurers, local authorities, and healthcare professionals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within the case management sector.
- Generate referrals and opportunities for complex care packages across adult and paediatric services.
- Attend networking events, exhibitions, conferences, and industry meetings to promote the organisation's services.
- Deliver presentations and service proposals to prospective clients and stakeholders.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities and provide regular sales forecasts and activity reports.
- Develop trusted partnerships with case managers and establish the organisation as a preferred complex care provider.
- Maintain regular contact with existing clients to identify growth opportunities and ensure satisfaction.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts and strategic partners.
- Work closely with Clinical Leads, Care Coordinators, Recruiters, and Operational Managers to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop bespoke care solutions for clients with complex needs.
- Support operational colleagues in the mobilisation of new care packages.
- Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and commissioning developments.
- Contribute to the development of new service offerings and growth initiatives.
Essential Requirements
- Proven track record of successful business development within the Complex Care, Case Management or Specialist Care sector.
- Demonstrable experience developing relationships with case managers and securing referrals with a strong network of contacts within the case management community.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience managing sales pipelines and achieving growth targets.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally.
- Knowledge of catastrophic injury, acquired brain injury, spinal injury, paediatric complex care, and rehabilitation pathways.
- Understanding of clinical governance and CQC requirements.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with excellent networking and influencing skills.
