The Candidate
- Proven CEO or senior operator, ideally with direct PE-backed experience — or from a fast-moving, lean corporate environment where delivery and accountability are non-negotiable.
- Background in businesses where the efficient deployment of mobile assets and large, dispersed workforces are central to performance — logistics, distribution, facilities management or adjacent sectors.
- Multi-site operational track record at comparable scale.
- Financially astute, M&A-capable and comfortable leading through a PE investment cycle.
