The Role

The Candidate

  • Proven CEO or senior operator, ideally with direct PE-backed experience β€” or from a fast-moving, lean corporate environment where delivery and accountability are non-negotiable.
  • Background in businesses where the efficient deployment of mobile assets and large, dispersed workforces are central to performance β€” logistics, distribution, facilities management or adjacent sectors.
  • Multi-site operational track record at comparable scale.
  • Financially astute, M&A-capable and comfortable leading through a PE investment cycle.
