The Role
Full P&L ownership across a complex, multi-site operation. The priorities are pace of commercial and operational execution, active M&A delivery and driving a high-performance culture through to a value-maximising exit.
The Candidate
- Proven CEO or senior operator, ideally with direct PE-backed experience — or from a fast-moving, lean corporate environment where delivery and accountability are non-negotiable
- Background in businesses where the efficient deployment of mobile assets and large, dispersed workforces are central to performance — logistics, distribution, facilities management or adjacent sectors
- Multi-site operational track record at comparable scale
- Financially astute, M&A-capable and comfortable leading through a PE investment cycle
