PDSO Aberdeen is seeking a qualified solicitor with at least one year’s experience in criminal court work and advising suspects in police detention. The role covers criminal defence in both summary and solemn courts and at police stations – as a nominated solicitor and duty solicitor.

You should have an in-depth working knowledge of the criminal justice system and legal aid, and be able to demonstrate sound technical ability as a criminal court practitioner.
