Contract Facilities Maintenance Technician – Engineer

PDSL is pleased to partner with our esteemed client in the West Midlands, who is seeking a talented and dedicated Contract Facilities Maintenance Technician – Engineer. This opportunity is set for a duration of 1 year, with the possibility of extension.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct periodic inspections and maintenance checks on various facilities.
• Perform repairs and adjustments on electrical systems, fixtures, and equipment.
• Utilise tools and undergo vocational training to ensure effective equipment upkeep.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in maintenance and engineering principles.
• Ability to work with limited supervision and handle non-routine tasks.
• Strong knowledge of carpentry, painting, and general repair techniques.
