Location: Telford / Hybrid. This role is based on a hybrid working model. The postholder will be expected to attend our Head Office in Telford approximately once per month for a directorate meeting.

About you

You’re someone who loves social media and understands how great content can build relationships, spark conversation, and support a meaningful cause. You’re organised, curious, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has hands-on experience managing social media channels
  • Knows how to adapt content and visuals for different platforms and audiences
  • Is comfortable juggling multiple projects and meeting deadlines
  • Enjoys collaborating with others to deliver joined-up campaigns and messaging
  • Is confident engaging with online communities in a positive, professional way
  • Has an interest in social media monitoring, insights, and performance reporting
  • Takes a thoughtful approach to brand reputation and online conduct
  • Is well organised, proactive, and keen to learn
