About the Role:
We are looking to recruit a Supplier Services Manager to join our Fundraising & Engagement directorate. You’ll be responsible for monitoring and reporting upon all marketing supplier relationships including agencies, mailhouses, freelancers and workflow systems to ensure that performance of each contract is in line with expectations and agreed SLAs/KPIs. You will maintain the marketing supplier management framework, ensuring all internal stakeholders are following the appropriate ways of working for each supplier, whilst acting as first point of contact for any Marketing supplier performance issues.

About you:
The successful candidate will have recent supplier and contract management experience. A strong working knowledge of all Office software and digital marketing systems. You’ll be experienced in stakeholder management and have a good understanding of marketing campaign processes.
