Alongside your clinical work, you’ll guide and develop the Veterinary Surgeon team, share your skills and help maintain clinical standards across the hospital. This could suit an established lead vet or an experienced Veterinary Surgeon ready to develop their leadership skills. You’ll need to have been qualified for more than three years and be confident working with colleagues and clients.
