We are looking for a highly organised Personal Assistant to the Director General and Directors, providing exceptional administrative, secretarial, and governance support at the heart of PDSA’s leadership team. This role is central to ensuring the smooth running of the DG’s office, acting as the first point of contact, managing diaries and correspondence, preparing papers, minuting key meetings, and handling sensitive information with confidentiality.

High-quality planning and delivery are essential, as is the capacity to make sound, timely decisions. An eye for detail, a commitment to accuracy, and the ability to anticipate what’s needed next will all help you thrive.
