We’re looking for a reliable, enthusiastic Cleaner to join our friendly team at Dundee. You’ll play an important part in supporting the clinical team to deliver a high standard of customer service and clinical care to sick and injured pets, helping us promote pet wellbeing and provide preventive services to owners who really need our help.

You’ll support the Pet Hospital team by maintaining a clean, safe and hygienic environment at all times. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Cleaning the hospital to the required standards, following PDSA cleaning protocols.
  • Paying particular attention to public areas such as waiting rooms, entrance lobbies, consult rooms and corridors, as well as staff areas including rest rooms, staff room and admin spaces.
  • Assisting in the cleaning of clinical areas to help ensure we meet infection prevention and control requirements.

You’ll be organised, thorough and take pride in doing a job well. You’ll be comfortable working independently, following clear procedures and using your initiative to spot what needs doing. Above all, you’ll bring a positive, can-do attitude and a genuine care for the work PDSA does, knowing that your role is essential in helping us provide a safe, welcoming environment for pets, clients and colleagues.
