PDSA Hartlepool is seeking an Assistant Charity Shop Manager to join a busy, customer-focused team. You will support the Shop Manager, work with volunteers to drive sales, and help maintain a welcoming, well-presented store that reflects the charity’s values.
You will contribute to customer service excellence, stock management and local community engagement, helping maximise donations and promote PDSA’s work across the Hartlepool area.
