About you
We're looking for an inspiring Pet Hospital Leader to join our friendly and dedicated team at PDSA Derby.
This is a unique opportunity to lead a busy and rewarding hospital where every day brings new challenges, opportunities and achievements.
You'll play a key role in supporting our people, driving operational excellence and ensuring we continue to provide exceptional care and service to pets and owners who rely on us.
You may currently be a Head Nurse, Practice Manager or Operational Leader looking for your next challenge.
Whatever your background, you'll bring strong leadership skills, sound judgement and a genuine passion for developing people.
You'll be confident working in a fast-paced environment, making decisions, solving problems and bringing teams together around a shared goal.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills are essential.
You'll work closely with Veterinary Surgeons, Veterinary Nurses and Client Services teams, creating a positive and collaborative culture where colleagues feel supported, valued and empowered to deliver their best.
As Pet Hospital Leader, you'll be a visible and approachable presence within the hospital, leading by example and championing high standards across every aspect of the service.
You'll enjoy coaching and developing others, embedding a culture of continuous improvement and helping the team embrace new ways of working.
