About the Role
We are looking for a qualified Veterinary Surgeon to join our friendly team at Kirkdale, Liverpool. At PDSA, no two days are ever the same. You will see a wide range of medical and surgical cases that will challenge and develop your skills while making a real difference to pets and owners who really need our help.
Responsibilities
- Handle a wide range of medical and surgical cases.
- Make sound, evidence‑based decisions and discuss realistic treatment options.
- Create clear plans that balance best practice with each owner’s circumstances.
- Build trust with clients and communicate effectively.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the hospital.
- Champion our mission, inspire client contributions and contribute to continuous improvement of services.
Working Hours & Rota
Part‑time role: 30 hours per week (flexible). Weekend working on a 1‑in‑8 rota basis. Time off in lieu taken the following week.
