We pride ourselves on being a great place to work but don’t just take our word for it, here’s what Technical Sale Engineer, John has to say. The people are what make the company; they are nice, decent people. The professionalism of the company and the way it is run is excellent; it is well organised and always comes through on any agreements as and when expected. I would say it is on top of its employee matters. I mainly work within BMS and Infrastructure, BMS being my area of expertise. I find my work interesting, enjoyable and challenging, not only does it utilise the experience I have previously gained but provides me with the opportunity to continue developing; there’s a lot to get your teeth stuck into! I would describe PDS culture as Friendly, Inclusive and Open. So why not join us?
