Our client, a leading engineering firm based in Rochester, is looking to recruit a Wax Injection Production Operative on an ongoing temporary basis to assist in the finishing and testing of their products.
As a Wax Injection Operative, main duties will include:
- Operating wax injection and extrusion machines
- Carrying out final production processes
- Carrying out inspections on parts ensuring compliance with production regulations
The ideal Wax Injection Operative will have a machine-operating, mechanical, manufacturing, or production background. You will also have:
- Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Previous experience of using hand tools/machinery
- Great attention to detail and the ability to work to quality standards
- Awareness of health and safety
- Excellent time-keeping
Due to the location, you will need a driving licence and vehicle to get to site for a 6am start. Hours of work: Monday - Friday (40 hours a week) or Monday-Thursday (Friday off). Weekly pay (PAYE), on a Monday, plus holiday pay.
