Night Shift Our Client is a leading manufacturing company in the aerospace sector committed to quality and innovation.
As they continue to expand their operations they are seeking a night operative to join their Ceramic Shell Line Team.
You will be involved in processing castings and asked to carry out a variety of tasks in the factory, including manufacturing and logistics.
Main
Responsibilities
- Operating the CSL Robot β loading, unloading and operational management.
- Hand Dipping.
- Slurry mixing and testing.
- Operating the autoclave.
- Patching and firing of moulds.
- Processing of parts in accordance with the relevant Technique card and Works Instruction.
- Manual handling.
- Loading furnaces.
- Pressure injecting wax patterns.
- Shotblasting urgent parts and packing them for despatch A first aid certificate and counterbalance forklift license would be advantageous, but training will be given to the right candidate.
Hours - Full-time - 46 hours per week.
Monday to Thursday 1800hrs - 0600hrs Please be aware you will be required to work the day shift 6AM-6PM until fully trained, normally about 1 month.
