We are working with a family-founded FMCG business in Norfolk, who are looking for an Engineering Team Leader to join their team, supporting the engineering supervisor/manager in the delivery of a schedule of planned and reactive maintenance.
As as Engineering Team Leader duties include: * Inspecting facilities to plan maintenance, and work with the engineering supervisor to agree and schedule the works. * Allocating work to the engineering team, monitoring progress, and documenting completion/issues. * Hands on assistance with PPM and breakdowns, diagnosing faults and undertaking work as required. * Monitoring stock and equipment control. * Collaborating with the engineering supervisor on process improvements. * Supporting factory line setters and addressing any production line/machinery issues with them. * Assisting with 3rd party contractors during installations, repairs, and planned maintenance, ensuring safe work systems and site procedures are followed. * Participating with engineering project tasks and budgetary compliance.
