Do you have recent experience in a Customer Service role? Do you have strong administrative skills? If so then we would like to hear from you. Our client is a unique financial services organisation dedicated to providing exceptional banking services and financial solutions to their valued customers. With a strong commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction, they have made a significant investment in technology to deliver efficient, up-to-date banking services in a mobile, 24/7 digital world and are looking for a Part-Time Customer Service Representative to join their growing Banking team on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract.

You will be working 3 full days (Monday-Friday), 9am-5pm, days to be decided. As a Customer Service Representative, a typical day will see you handling calls and dealing with enquiries regarding payments, setting up new accounts, making changes to direct debits, closing accounts and many more. You will also be corresponding with clients over email. As you can imagine, no two days are the same in this fast-paced environment and you will need to be able to adapt your approach to suit each customer's individual needs.

The ideal Customer Service Representative will have:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good IT skills including Excel
  • The ability to multi-task and prioritise
  • An adaptable and professional approach
  • To want to be part of a great team

Based from the Kings Hill Head Quarters, 3 full days, 9am-5pm, days to be decided. Initially fully office based, for approx. 4 weeks, there is the option for adhoc hybrid working after this.
