As they continue to expand their operation they are seeking a Hands-On Operator/Team Leader to join their Wax Department.
As an operational lead you will oversee the manufacture, inspection, and assembly of wax patterns. This is a hands-on role that combines leadership of a team of 15, problem-solving and practical production work, helping to ensure the department meets production and quality quotas.
Main Responsibilities:
- Production Support daily production duties including:
- Wax injection press operation
- Wax extrusion
- Wax bar cutting
- Hydrochloric acid leaching processes
- Wax inspection and assembly
- Complete touch screen production bookings and maintain production records
- Team Leader
- Support, coach, and develop your team to reach their full potential
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Run daily team meetings
- Attend operational meetings to represent your department, highlighting operational issues and taking away action points
- Team administration including approving holiday requests, recording sickness/absence and conducting return to work interviews
