If so this could be the role for you. Our client, an industry leading design and manufacturing company, are looking for a Design and Sales Consultant to work within their Design Team.
In this pivotal role you will play a key role in supporting clients through every aspect of the sales, design and installation process and ensure they receive excellence in products and service. As a Design and Sales Consultant you will be responsible for:
- Communicating with clients, establishing relationships and advising on solutions.
- Completing site surveys and taking basic measurements.
- Working with the sales administration team to provide costed proposals.
- Selecting graphics and presenting completed designs to clients.
- Liaising with clients and the product design team ensuring tasks are completed to time.
- Managing and ensuring quality records of completed projects (photos, drawings, etc).
- Maintaining internal logs and databases.
Demonstrable experience in a customer facing sales role is essential. As is:
- A good telephone manner, and clear, professional communication skills-both written and verbal.
- Excellent IT skills.
- A strong creative instinct.
- An exceptional eye for detail.
- The ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects.
This would be an ideal role for a technical sales professional looking to expand their scope or a design graduate with customer-facing sales experience looking to start their career. The role is office-based role, Monday-Friday, core hours are 9am-5pm. Applicants with access to a vehicle will be at a distinct advantage as you will need to attend client sites across London and the South East to complete surveys but many are accessible via public transport.
