We are seeking a hands-on HR & Admin Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations with a strong focus on compliance, employee engagement, and workforce planning. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable handling both HR and administrative responsibilities independently.
Job Description
- Manage the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, and offboarding.
- Coordinate end-to-end hiring processes to meet manpower requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Process monthly payroll, including CPF contributions and statutory deductions.
- Support the implementation of compensation structures and performance-related schemes.
- Handle payroll queries and resolve related issues.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore employment regulations, including Employment Act, CPF, and tax clearance (IR21).
- Liaise with relevant authorities such as Ministry of Manpower on regulatory matters.
- Maintain adherence to Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements.
- Manage applications, renewals, and cancellations for work passes (EP, S Pass, Work Permit).
- Handle foreign worker levy matters and ensure compliance with quota requirements.
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
- Support the resolution of workplace issues and disciplinary matters.
- Foster a positive and compliant workplace environment.
- Develop, review, and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure consistent application of company policies and code of conduct.
- Oversee office administration, including procurement of supplies and asset management.
- Support coordination of company meetings and internal events.
- Monitor and control administrative expenses.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of HR generalist experience.
- Prior experience in F&B, Retail, or Hospitality industries is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws, MOM regulations, and CPF processes.
- Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
