Our client is a tech startup and they are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin & HR Support Executive to oversee local statutory compliance, daily office operations, administrative financial processing and recruitment support. The successful candidate must be well-versed in Singapore’s Ministry of Manpower (MOM) policies, CPF, and SDL regulations. We are looking for an independent worker with strong communication skills and a meticulous approach to administrative management.
Key Responsibilities
- Statutory HR Compliance: Manage accurate monthly CPF and SDL calculations, declarations, and submissions in strict accordance with local regulations. Ensure full compliance with the Singapore Employment Act and MOM policies. Maintain and update comprehensive employee P-files, including employment contracts, leave records, and attendance data. Facilitate work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and other local onboarding/offboarding administrative procedures.
- Office Administration & Operations: Oversee daily office maintenance, including procurement of stationery/pantry supplies, inventory management, and coordinating with facility vendors (cleaning, repairs, etc.). Handle the reconciliation and timely payment processing of office rentals, utilities, and various administrative invoices. Manage general clerical duties, including visitor reception, meeting room coordination, document filing, and mail distribution.
- Recruitment Support: Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process: posting job advertisements, initial resume screening, and coordinating interview schedules. Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation and equipment are prepared.
Job Requirements
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, HR Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–2 years of relevant Administrative or HR experience within the Singapore market.
- Technical Knowledge: Good working knowledge of Singapore MOM regulations, CPF/SDL statutory requirements and the Employment Act.
- Software: Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Attributes: Meticulous with data, highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced environment.
