We are seeking a hands-on HR & Admin Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations with a strong focus on compliance, employee engagement, and workforce planning. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable handling both HR and administrative responsibilities independently.

Job Description

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, and offboarding
  • Coordinate end-to-end hiring processes to meet manpower requirements
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
  • Process monthly payroll, including CPF contributions and statutory deductions
  • Support the implementation of compensation structures and performance-related schemes
  • Handle payroll queries and resolve related issues
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore employment regulations, including Employment Act, CPF, and tax clearance (IR21)
  • Liaise with relevant authorities such as Ministry of Manpower on regulatory matters
  • Maintain adherence to Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements
  • Manage applications, renewals, and cancellations for work passes (EP, S Pass, Work Permit)
  • Handle foreign worker levy matters and ensure compliance with quota requirements
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns
  • Support the resolution of workplace issues and disciplinary matters
  • Foster a positive and compliant workplace environment
  • Develop, review, and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Ensure consistent application of company policies and code of conduct
  • Oversee office administration, including procurement of supplies and asset management
  • Support coordination of company meetings and internal events
  • Monitor and control administrative expenses

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of HR generalist experience
  • Prior experience in F&B, Retail, or Hospitality industries is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws, MOM regulations, and CPF processes
  • Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications
  • Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
