Your Job title could me – Mechanical design Manager – Design Office Manager – Engineering Design Manager etc Looking for people that have worked within:- Heavy Plant Equipment / Earthmoving / HGV / Trailers / Utility Vehicles / Mining Equipment / Military Vehicles / Agricultural Machinery / Coachbuilders OR structures based heavy engineering After many years building a strong reputation of and forging its brand within heavy duty engineered products within the commercial sector the company are now realising rapid growth with the MoD/Defence market supplying multiple solutions to the British Army. Just over a year ago the highly successful and expanding company bought out and took over this company which has led to MAJOR investment in its Staff numbers expanding rapidly across most of the departments and strategic role to extend further the professional dynamic of this organisations growth plan including opening a new factory in on the Wiltshire boarders. I have met with the CEO and Senior Management team who are very genuine and committed people, I have to also say I get a genuine feeling that they “care” about the people and are keen to hand any person who is the loyal/reliable and hard-working type, an opportunity to forge there own prospects in any direction they wish. This is not a “SALES PITCH”..this is one of those very rare and genuine opportunities in life…they have a recruitment/salary spend of over £1 Million pound by the end of this first full year of 2025
