The predicted salary is between 30000 - 42000 £ per year.

Looking for a skilled fitter / assembler with a strong refrigeration background. Based in the factory, you will be able to read assembly / engineering drawings. The company designs and manufactures test systems. Full details are available to suitable candidates.

Duties to include (not exhaustive):

  • Mechanical fitting and assembly of components.
  • Pressure testing of units and charging.
  • Electrical wiring of control panel. Training can be given if the electrical side is weak.
  • Cladding and finishing of finished items.
  • Testing of finished equipment.

Skills required:

  • Good knowledge of refrigeration systems and cooling systems, both single and double stage.
  • Proven fitting experience.
  • Mechanical and electrical fitting skills.
  • Brazing, soldering, and pipe bending of copper tube.
  • Ability to work to laid out instructions and to a planned time.
  • Respect for quality and ability to self-inspect.
  • F Gas qualification would be preferred, but training can be given if not.
