Looking for a skilled fitter / assembler with a strong refrigeration background. Based in the factory, you will be able to read assembly / engineering drawings. The company designs and manufactures test systems. Full details are available to suitable candidates.
Duties to include (not exhaustive):
- Mechanical fitting and assembly of components.
- Pressure testing of units and charging.
- Electrical wiring of control panel. Training can be given if the electrical side is weak.
- Cladding and finishing of finished items.
- Testing of finished equipment.
Skills required:
- Good knowledge of refrigeration systems and cooling systems, both single and double stage.
- Proven fitting experience.
- Mechanical and electrical fitting skills.
- Brazing, soldering, and pipe bending of copper tube.
- Ability to work to laid out instructions and to a planned time.
- Respect for quality and ability to self-inspect.
- F Gas qualification would be preferred, but training can be given if not.
