Help us share our great stories and connect with the right people in the Isle of Man/UK. We’re looking for a proactive, creative and passionate Marketing Executive to play a hands-on role in supporting our growth plans – working closely with sales to generate pipelines, shape campaigns, and see the direct impact of your work. At PDMS, we’ve got great stories to share. You’ll work across the business and with our clients to create and share content that supports campaigns and helps the sales team start new conversations. You’ll work closely with our Head of Sales & Marketing and the wider sales team to understand our audiences and what matters to them. Your focus will be on supporting lead generation and campaigns, improving engagement, and helping turn interest into qualified opportunities for the sales team.

In this role you will:

  • Support the development and delivery of marketing strategies and campaigns to help acquire new customers.
  • Track performance and contribute to reporting on campaign effectiveness.
  • Drive lead generation activity, including campaign follow-up, contact lists and reporting.
  • Plan and deliver multi-channel campaigns (email, web, social and events) to attract new prospects and nurture enquiries.
  • Assist in developing go to market strategies for new service or solution offerings.
  • Create and refresh sales and marketing materials (case studies, one-pagers, presentations, web and social content).
  • Work with Account Managers to support customer marketing activity that aids retention and identifies new opportunities.
  • Manage our social media schedule, publish content and track engagement.
  • Support content and thought leadership activity (blogs, press releases, award entries and partner content) to build awareness and interest.
  • Update website content and pull insights from web analytics to recommend improvements.
  • Support our customer feedback programme and help share learnings back to the team.
  • Help organise events (in-house and external) and follow up leads afterwards.
  • Maintain marketing data in our CRM/marketing tools (lists, segments, campaign set-up support) and keep records tidy.
  • Identifying and implementing automation opportunities.
  • Work with partners, clients and external suppliers to deliver joint activity (e.g., awards and co-marketing).

If your experience doesn’t tick every box but you think you’d bring value to the role, we’d love to hear from you.

What we’d like you to bring:

  • Proven experience in a marketing role with a strong interest in demand generation and supporting sales teams.
  • Working knowledge of core marketing channels (email, web, social, content and events), associated techniques and concepts.
  • Comfort using CRM/marketing tools and a website CMS (or keen to learn quickly).
  • A practical mindset and understanding that marketing should support pipeline and revenue.
  • Good organisation skills and confidence juggling multiple tasks to deadlines.
  • A collaborative approach and the confidence to work with different teams and clients.
  • An eye for quality, attention to detail and consistency across everything you produce.
  • Proactive, flexible and happy to get stuck in.

What's in it for you?

  • Competitive salaries
  • Core benefits: Pension, Private Healthcare, Life Insurance
  • 25 days Holiday & Bank Holidays
  • Buy and sell Holiday scheme
  • Company Bonus Scheme
  • Laptop and subsidised home internet
  • Financial support and dedicated time for training and personal development
