PDG Advertising is growing. We’re looking for a Paid Ads Manager who’s confident, professional, and results-driven to join our team. You’ll manage and scale paid campaigns across Meta and Google, and support creative direction, strategy, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, launch, and optimise Meta and Google campaigns
  • Report on KPIs with a focus on ROAS, CPL, CTR, and conversion rate
  • Guide creative and copy development based on data
  • Manage budgets confidently across multiple accounts
  • Test new platforms and ad types (TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Work closely with clients and internal team members
  • Work to be at the leading edge of experience in paid advertising
What Are We Looking For:
  • 3+ years of hands-on paid media experience
  • Deep knowledge of Meta and Google Ads platforms
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strategic thinker with attention to detail
  • Comfortable in a hybrid work environment
  • Additional ad platforms knowledge an advantage e.g. TikTok
What Do We Offer:
  • Pay of between £25,000 - £35,000 depending on experience.
