Position Overview: FBinsure, a Division of Patriot Growth Insurance Services, is looking for an experienced and outgoing Sales Producer to join their growing Personal Lines Team! Work Arrangement: This is a full-time position working in our office located at 128 Dean Street, Taunton, MA.
Professional Responsibilities:
- 1-4 years P&C Insurance Sales experience.
- Valid Property & Casualty License.
- Drivers License.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly motivated, results driven self-starter
- High-level of interpersonal skills with a client-service focused mind-set.
- Well organized and detail-oriented.
- Quick learner that thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and follow through on set expectations.
- Solutions driven, problem-solving skills and proven analytical skills.
- Proficient with of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, & Teams.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- 3-5 years preferred but willing to train the right candidate
- Life & Health license
- EPIC system experience a plus but not required
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written)
- Proficient with use of Microsoft Office Suite and products
- A passion for being part of a team that drives our company to industry leadership
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with both peers and clients
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
