Position Overview: We are looking for an organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Work Arrangement: This is a full-time position working in our office located in Winchester, TN.
Professional Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Maintain contact lists
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
- Provide general support to visitors
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or relevant role
- High school diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
