The Opportunity

We are looking for a strategic, commercially minded Communications Manager to lead communications across our Beauty Accessories and Personal Care portfolio, including Eylure London, Elegant Touch, Bodycology and Dr Teal's. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving brand growth, market leadership and consumer engagement across the UK and priority European markets. Operating within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, you will balance long-term strategic planning with day-to-day leadership, managing multiple brands, markets, stakeholders and priorities simultaneously. You will lead and develop a team of three, providing clear direction, coaching and accountability while ensuring best-in-class execution across social media, influencer marketing, PR and social commerce.

What You'll Be Responsible For

  • Communications Strategy
    • Develop and lead communications strategies across the UK and Europe, aligned to brand and commercial objectives.
    • Define KPIs and performance measures across PR, influencer, social media and social commerce activity.
    • Identify market, cultural and competitor trends and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
    • Drive brand consistency and maximise opportunities across multiple territories.
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead, coach and develop a team of three communications professionals.
    • Set priorities, allocate resources and manage workloads across multiple brands and projects.
    • Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
    • Ensure the team can adapt quickly to changing business needs and market opportunities.
