We are looking for a Social Content Lead to deliver best-in-class, social-first content across our Beauty Accessories and Personal Care brands, including Eylure London, Elegant Touch and Dr Teal’s. This is a hands-on role, responsible for bringing our brands to life across social platforms through engaging, platform-native content that drives both brand and commercial impact.
Working closely with the Communications Manager (who sets strategic direction), you will own content delivery end-to-end, ensuring a cohesive and recognisable visual identity across UK and European markets, while staying ahead of social trends and platform best practice.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Owning the creation and delivery of social-first content across multiple brands and platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
- Planning and coordinating content across owned organic and paid social and retail channels
- Creating and editing content, adapting assets for different platforms and markets
- Briefing and managing internal creative teams and external content creators, ensuring clear direction and high-quality output
- Producing low-fi, reactive and trend-led content, including filming in-house or on location where needed
- Ensuring all content aligns with brand guidelines and delivers a consistent visual identity across markets, including localisation where required
- Monitoring content performance and optimising output based on insights and platform trends
- Producing monthly reports and contributing to presentations for internal stakeholders and retail partners
- Supporting and guiding the Communications Executive on content coordination and delivery
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience creating and delivering social media content, ideally within beauty or wellness
- Strong editing skills (e.g. CapCut, Canva) and a good eye for content that performs
- Experience briefing and managing content creation (internal or external)
- Experience working across multiple brands or projects simultaneously
- Strong understanding of social platforms and what drives engagement
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage a fast-paced and varied workload
- Comfortable being on camera and creating content where required (highly desirable)
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a passion for social-first storytelling
