This is an 18 month maternity cover contract. Hybrid working with 2 office days per week in Uxbridge (UB8 1JG).
We are looking for a commercially driven Amazon Account Manager to take full ownership of our Amazon Vendor Central business. This role is responsible for driving revenue, profitability, and sustainable growth while leading all aspects of the Amazon account, from negotiations and strategy through to execution and optimisation.

Key Responsibilities- Own the Amazon P&L, driving revenue growth, profitability, and long-term performance.
- Act as the primary commercial lead for the Amazon Vendor Central account and main point of contact.
- Lead vendor negotiations, securing favourable trade terms, pricing, and promotional agreements.
- Track performance against AOP and forecasts, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions.
- Define and execute strategies to improve sales, conversion rates, and category share.
- Optimise product listings, A+ content, brand store, and overall catalogue to maximise visibility and conversion.
- Develop and oversee Amazon advertising strategy (in collaboration with AMS support), ensuring strong ROI.
- Analyse sales performance, customer behaviour, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Own demand planning and forecasting in collaboration with supply chain teams.
- Build and execute promotional plans, pricing strategies, and new product launches.
- Ensure account health and compliance, proactively resolving commercial and operational issues.
- Manage ongoing website maintenance, ensuring content accuracy and best-in-class execution.
- Oversee day-to-day account management, including issue resolution and operational troubleshooting (working with external partners and internal support).
- Manage COOP budgets, invoicing, and funding reconciliation.
- Drive clearance of excess and aged inventory through pricing and promotional activity.
- Proven experience managing Amazon Vendor Central accounts.
- Strong commercial acumen with P&L ownership experience.
- Experience negotiating with Amazon or major retailers.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
- Experience with Amazon advertising (AMS) and content optimisation.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive, results-driven individual who takes ownership.
