About the Role –
The role is a customer service administration role who will be in contact with both our European and UK warehouse regarding our European and International customer orders. This role will also liaise with our in-house European Sales Team to ensure that all orders are on track to be dispatched to meet customer delivery dates, and all relevant paperwork is completed for orders to be dispatched in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Reviewing orders and processing orders changes, returns and cancellations.
- Produce export and shipping documentation such as packing lists, invoices, Certificates of Origin, COA and other relevant documents as per our customer requirements to be sent back to our warehouse.
- Communicating with both our Internal and External customers regarding status of orders, stock availability and highlighting any potential issues or delays.
- Creating and maintaining tracker reports of all outstanding orders, to be shared with internal departments.
Required Skills
- Ideally needs a good understanding of shipping consumer goods in EU
- Knowledge of export and shipping documentation is essential.
- Knowledge of Intercoms is desirable but not essential.
