We are looking for a Communications Manager to lead the strategy across our Beauty Accessories and Personal Care portfolio, including Eylure London, Elegant Touch, Bodycology and Dr Teal’s. This role is responsible for shaping how our brands show up across the UK and Europe - protecting market leadership for our heritage brands while driving awareness and commercial growth across priority European territories.
Unlike a purely agency-led model, this role combines strategic leadership with hands-on oversight of in-house delivery, leading a team across content, social and communications to ensure best-in-class execution across multiple brands and markets. You will work closely with UK, European and US teams, as well as agency and distributor partners, ensuring a cohesive brand identity and commercially aligned communications across all touchpoints.
- Developing and leading integrated communications strategies across a multi-brand portfolio in the UK and European markets
- Owning the social media ecosystem (organic and paid), ensuring a cohesive and recognisable visual and brand identity across all markets
- Leading and developing an in-house team (Social Content Lead, Communications Executive, Assistant Social Media Manager), setting clear priorities and ensuring high-quality execution
- Overseeing end-to-end content delivery across brands, balancing strategic direction with operational excellence
- Leading European PR and influencer strategy, managing agencies while working in close partnership with the UK PR team
- Acting as a key partner to Sales teams and distributors, delivering impactful presentations and marketing narratives to support retailer engagement and commercial growth
- Partnering with senior stakeholders, presenting plans, performance and strategic recommendations
- Translating performance data into actionable insights to drive continuous optimisation
Proven experience in communications, with strong exposure to PR, influencer and social media. Strong commercial mindset, with the ability to connect communications to business outcomes. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluency in German / French highly desirable.
At PDC Brands, we are committed to building an inclusive workplace that reflects the diversity of the consumers we serve. This role requires travel into our Uxbridge Head Office 2 days a week, as well as ad hoc European travel.
