Key Accountabilities- Complete the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule within agreed timescales, ensuring all paperwork is accurate.
- Respond promptly to service requests from the Helpdesk, assess the job requirements, and carry out repairs as needed.
- Prioritize maintenance and repair work to meet response and completion times.
- Follow the purchase order process.
