Position: Cinema Manager Salary: Up to £35,000.00 per annum + Bonus Location: Leicester Square Hours: 40 hours per week | Full time & permanent position Shifts: 5 days per week, 2 days off. Job Purpose Reporting in to the General Manager, the Cinema Manager will support the overall performance of the cinema, making the cinema the first choice for customers and enhancing customer experience. A key focus will centre around creating, developing and managing a high performing team. The successful candidate will be strong with coaching and leadership skills, to engage staff and drive profitability within the cinema.
