The Role

We're seeking a hands-on Estates & Asset Manager to take ownership of a mixed portfolio of residential, retail and distribution assets — working directly with the Owner/Investor and Group Finance Director. A practical, delivery-focused role where you'll bring structure, drive disposals and resolve legacy issues with pace and precision.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Mapping the full estate — properties, ownership structures and key data
  • Building and maintaining a clear portfolio management system
  • Identifying underperforming assets and managing end-to-end disposals
  • Resolving compliance, tenancy and condition issues
  • Providing hold/sell/improve recommendations to senior stakeholders
  • Supporting financial decision-making alongside the Finance Director

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in property, estates or asset management
  • Background in disposals and portfolio rationalisation
  • Highly organised — able to bring structure to complex portfolios
  • Hands-on, proactive and confident working independently
  • Comfortable engaging directly with owners and senior leadership
  • MRICS qualified surveyor — desirable, with landlord side experience

Interested? If you're a self-starter who thrives on taking ownership and getting things done, we'd love to hear from you.
