Hours: 40 hours per week | Early morning starts may be required

Our client, a national leader in soft facilities management services, is looking to recruit a mobile window cleaning technician to be responsible for cleaning operations of circa 30 sites.
Job Purpose:
To carry out exterior window cleaning works at retail stores to a pre-determined standard and specification in an efficient, professional and cost-effective manner whilst complying with the laid-down Company Health and Safety policy. This role will involve working at heights and cleaning hard to reach areas.
Job Responsibilities:
- To clean windows to a high standard within a commercial environment.
- To partake in jet/pressure washing, gutter cleaning, occasional roof/pavement cleans, graffiti removal & signage cleans, keeping all outdoor areas of the retail sites clean.
- Periodically clean sites within a pre-specified geographical region.
- Responding promptly and positively to complete Planned Cleaning Tasks (PCT) to the clients and employers' specification.
- To complete ALL PCT within the agreed time frames and as specified by site.
- Ensuring all tools and equipment necessary to complete PCT are always available and serviceable.
- Attending training courses as and when necessary.
- Always complying with the company Health and Safety Policy.
Candidate’s background & experience:
- Multi-site window cleaning experience.
- IPAF 3a/3b, with IPAF 2a would be beneficial but not essential.
- Must have a full UK driving licence.
- Experience within supermarket retail would be desirable.
- High degree of flexibility in working hours including early starts, etc.
- The nature of the role may require the jobholder to work outside normal working and agreed contract hours.
- Smart and tidy appearance.
- The individual must be IT literate.
Candidates need to be used to working in a fast-paced environment and for a demanding client. Candidates must have a full and valid driving licence and be prepared to travel daily.
