A vacancy has arisen for a Warehouse Team Leader, working the 16:30pm – 01:00am operation. This role offers a salary of £37,950.12. Location: Felixstowe. Working Arrangements: Monday to Friday, 16:30pm to 01:00am.
The five main things our Warehouse Team Leader will be working on are:
- Managing and developing the positive Health & Safety culture on site.
- Conducting frequent inventory checks and inspections.
- Coaching, mentoring and developing the team.
- Acting as responsible person (first aider, fire marshal and racking inspector).
- Ensuring the department is operationally efficient and administratively accurate.
We are seeking someone who:
- Has recent MHE experience.
- Is comfortable working at heights of up to 5 meters.
- Communicates well both verbally and in writing.
- Has an eye for detail.
